Frequently Asked Questions

Do you spend your time selling property?

The simple answer is no! We specialise in lettings and lettings is our business, we are not an estate agent who has gone into lettings to survive in the current economic climate

Will I have a single point of contact?

Yes. You will have one point of contact who will know your property and your tenant. You will not be passed from person to person having to explain yourself time and time again.

How do I know You are professional?

All of our staff have gone under extensive in house training, and in addition to this are currently in the process of taking the NFOPP technical award in residential letting (ARLA)

We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the property ombudsmen and also the National Landlords association, which means we have a set standard of care that we follow to ensure the satisfaction of not only our landlords but also the tenants. Many letting agents forget about the importance of the tenants and that without them, property investing can be expensive. We understand the needs of the landlord and tenant and build relationships to allow the smooth running of each property.
